Hot bowl of acronym soup

James asked me which talk I was headed to next and I handed him a nice hot bowl of acronym soup. I happily replied "JSF SVG BOF" (ok you got me, it was a Session and I misspoke). The look of confusion on his face was priceless and I realized that he had no idea what I was talking about.

I take all of these acronyms for granted and now speak a whole new kind of English. There doesn't seem to be an end in sight as even the nesting level increases with acronyms giving birth to acronyms of acronyms.
