Derby Graduates!!!!

Apache Derby, has successfully received approval to graduate from incubation. Derby will move from the incubator to be a sub project of
the Apache DB project.
Apache Derby is based on the Cloudscape codebase which IBM donated to
Apache.
Congrats to the efforts of all involved with the Apache Derby project
