Presentations on GlassFish and Java EE 5 at JavaPolis 2005

JavaPolis 2005 conference will take place Dec 12-16 in Antwerp, Belgium, and I will be attending it. This will be my first time at JavaPolis, and I am all excited to be there. I have heard lots of good things about the conference: seems like a small conference with high-quality speakers and attendees. I guess my only gripe is the time of the year: I wish it was a couple of months sooner; that would have made it pleasant, weather-wise. But I guess the positive side is that we will get more work done this way, and focus more on the conference itself, instead of on distractions like sight-seeing.
I will be presenting on two topics:
- Friday, Dec 16, 3:30pm-4:30pm: Java EE 5: How the Next Version of the J2EE Platform Greatly Simplifies the Development of Web-enabled Enterprise Applications
- Thursday, Dec 15, 3:30pm-4:30pm: GlassFish Community: Building An Open Source Java Application Server for the Java EE 5 Platform.
If you are going to the conference, and would like to meet up, drop me an email, or just show up at either of the sessions. It would be great to exchange ideas about how Java EE 5 and project GlassFish are affecting the world of enterprise Web applications.
