JAXB 2.1 API and RI snapshots

Based on the changes that are currently proposed, I created a new JAXB API jar (and source zip) that contains those changes.

Also, it's always a good idea to have some implementation to play around, when one is considering a change in the spec. So in this spirit, I created a branch in the JAXB RI and started prototyping some of the proposed changes. I hope it gives us better feel about how the changes work out in practice. You can download the continuous integration build of the JAXB RI 2.1 from here. At this point not all the changes are implemented, but it will be.

Like I said in the previous post, this is all very much a work in progress, so don't use it for production. For that, please use 2.0.2.
