InfoWorld: Top Five Rack-Mount Servers

Heartening news! InfoWorld has picked the top five rack-mount servers for 2006. The Sun Fire X4600 M2 Server, called "a triumph of capability and design," received first prize. The runner-up is the Sun Fire X4200 Server, which InfoWorld lauds as being "a strong datacenter workhorse with a nice price." Both servers are from the Opteron-based Galaxy series.The No. 3, 4, and 5 places go to Dell, IBM, and HP servers, respectively.
