JAX-WS 2.1 is final

JAX-WS 2.1 (JSR
224) Maintenance Release has been approved by the JCP. Thanks to all the
Expert Group members for providing feedback and making yet another landmark in
Java Web services standards roadmap.

Nightly builds are available here.
