JAXB RI 2.1.2

Sorry folks, the FastInfoset team found out that there's a silly bug in 2.1.1 that prevented our code from using the optimized execution path, and this slows down FI considerably when used with the JAXB RI. So I just released 2.1.2 today. This is the only change between 2.1.1 and 2.1.2.

We have an automated performance test for this in Hudson, but the catch was that we forgot to set the regression notification, so even though a big drop was recorded, none of the engineers noticed it until it's too late.
