java.net maven repository mirror

I set up the following mirrors for java.net maven repositories:

• For the java.net m1 repo, use http://download.java.net/maven/1/
• For the java.net m2 repo, use http://download.java.net/maven/2/

The mirror sites are synchronized with the masters. You can also browse them more easily unlike the master java.net m2 repository, mirrors are generally faster in my experience, plus mirrors are HTTP-based, so you won't hit WAGTONHTTP-6 issue.
