Sun Lauded for "Ambient" Dialog

Sun's way of publishing postings from across the Web on its products has elicited a praise from a blogger on The Social Customer Manifesto. No company is perfect. Every now and then, we find among the imperfect players ones that care and that make a sincere, diligent, and timely effort to strive for excellence.
