Bye bye wsgen

Fedor Malyshkin started a very interesting JAX-WS commons project called beans-generator. This project lets you get rid of the wsgen step entirely (by generating them at runtime instead), so it simplifies the development process.
I think we need to look at the code and see if we can get this done in Metro itself.
