How to Secure Enterprise Components Hosted by Web Services

I recently cowrote with Sun engineers Malla Simhachalam and Mrudul Uchil a three-part tutorial that describes how to secure enterprise components, such as those based on the EJB technology, with Sun Java System Access Manager and the Java Application Platform SDK with Tools bundle. A sample app of a stock-quote service accompanies the tutorial.Part 1 introduces the concepts and describes the download and installation steps. Part 2 explains the process flow and the procedure for setting up the environment and steps you through Exercises 1 through 3. Part 3 covers Exercises 4 and 5.
