Indira Thangasamy, senior quality engineering manager for access and federation management at Sun, exudes competence and pride in his work in a recent interview with Sun Developer Network on the QA tools and processes that make OpenSSO a superior product. It's a rewarding and challenging field that requires expertise with the product being tested and with many internal and external tools, so QA engineers get to learn a lot.
