Experimenting with Twitter

I'm not a big fan of social networking tools such as Facebook and the like (they seem like a great way to generate distractions, and I can do that easily enough myself without any extra help ;-)). However, after being invited by a few friends, I've decided to play around with Twitter. You never know, someone might say something interesting. And there are a few interesting things that crop up, from time to time. We'll see how it goes...
