Installing GlassFish on the OpenSolaris OS

The Image Package System (IPS) repository in the OpenSolaris OS contains GlassFish. The installation process, however, takes a bit of work. A salute to Brian Leonard, technology evangelist for OpenSolaris, for documenting the command lines and related output in a recent posting on The Observatory.

As Brian mentioned, it's simpler to install GlassFish from good ol' java.net.
