Defining Quality Assurance for blueMarine

Just quick news from the project. I've defined a reasonably formal process for governing new releases of blueMarine. Copying most concepts from NetCAT (but with some differences), the blueCAT program has been born. CAT means "Community Acceptance Testing" and the basic idea is to create a pool of beta-testers that will vote about the stability of future releases of blueMarine, deciding when a new release becomes official. On this purpose, the labelling scheme for releases has been changed too, reserving the Release Candidate tag role to what it should be. More details at http://bluemarine.tidalwave.it/QA/blueCAT/.
