I am thrilled today to announce the availability of the final release for version 5.2 of Substance look-and-feel (code-named Quebec). The release notes for version 5.2 contain the detailed information on the contents of this release which include the following:

Hi Kirill,
great work again. It has bothered me for a long time, that your Look & Feel wasn't available for NetBeans anymore. That's one of the reasons, why I created a project ( NBTabbedPane) to get rid of the need to create custom UI Delegates. Here are some screenshots of NB with Substance + NBTabbedPane:
