The Java(TM) Servlet 2.4 and JavaServer(TM) Pages (JSP) 2.0 and 2.1 API jars are now available from the java.net Maven repository. You can find more about the java.net maven repository here. If your project is maven based, instructions are here and check out maven-repository-importer for ant based projects.

  • Are there plans for a Maven 2 repository soon? Now that Maven 2 is gaining more momentum I guess more people will start using it.

  • Hi Sateh. Please consider volunteering... Or encouraging your friends to volunteer... - Eduard/o

  • If I recall correctly, it's possible to use the maven1 repository from maven2 builds. When defining the repository in your pom, you have to include the layout element with value legacy

  • Due to popular demands :-), I have just pushed out the servlet/jsp source jars as well. The structure of the repository is different from Maven 1.0 and 2.0. Of course you're welcome to volunteer to help supporting Maven 2.0. I agree that it will be valuable for many projects.
