• That's very interesting. I'm the one who sends out the email notifications for these chats. As a test, I always put my email address in the request list. I've always received the notification when it's sent out. Is it possible that a filter or some other mechanism in your system is blocking the notifications? Perhaps the notifications are reaching your address but are being put in a special folder.

  In any case, I'm sorry for the problems you're having receiving the notifications.
