psychostud: thanks for you interest on my session. An older version of the Dock bar src code is already available in one of earlier my blogs. With regards to the calendar, I am not sure yet if I will make the full code public. However, I can tell you that I am planning to release something interesting soon. I hope I can complete the release and make it avaiable (I am working on it on my spare time). I will post a blog as soon as I release the app.

I attended at your presentation 'Extending Swing: Creating Your Own Components' . It really like me. Your presentation make me to start study the Time framework, reflection and animation. Thank´s I enjoy it. Now that I´m a little more aware of the subject I would like to include your bar icon in my apps (if it is possible). Is there any way that we can get the source code? Is it open?. I´m developing using Webobjects JavaClient in swing, so I need the source because there are some modifications that I need to to do (e.g., resource management).

rih: Thank you a lot for your feedback on my session.
You can find an older version of the bar in a blog entry I wrote back in 2007. Please notice that I released it under a GPL license.
Please don't hesitate to contact me if you need any help.
Thanks again!
