NetBeans Governance Board elections in progress

Posted by fabriziogiudici on September 26, 2007 at 09:30 AM | Comments (0)

Just a quick reminder: the elections for the NetBeans Governance Board are in progress. It's a group of three persons that deal with irresolvable disputes about the evolution of NetBeans (something that usually happens seldom, but it may happen). Out of the three, one guy is nominated by Sun Microsystems, the other two are elected by the community. The candidates for the next six months are:
  • Emilian Bold
  • Wade Chandler
  • Glenn Holmer
  • Bayless Kirtley
  • David Strupl
  • Tom Wheeler

Their profiles are here. If you are part of the NetBeans community (which usually just means you are using it :-) please go to the elections page and cast your vote.
