As Terrence just pointed out, UE has cleared the Sun/Oracle deal. And I just read this on the Oracle website:

And if Larry Ellison make a big announcement during an Apple (potential Tablet) announcement is there anyone there to hear it? Hope they do a replay so I can watch it.... on my new tablet. ;)
