Many people want to know what WSIT is. WSIT (Web Services
Interoperability Technology - aka Project Tango) is Sun's
implementation of WS-* specifications that enable interoperability
with Microsoft's WCF (Windows Communications Foundation). To learn

Also, I wrote
an overview of Sun's Project Tango for
SDN that gives a good summary
of the functionality enabled by WSIT. Please give them a read and try
WSIT and let us know what other
information you need and your use cases so we can be sure they are
covered.
