chat.html is missing in source download

@jfarcand good stuff. I'm experimenting with Atmosphere and JRuby right now and realized that your source is missing the chat.html. Also, I'd like to see how to do this with long polling rather than http streaming. Got any examples you can point me to? Thanks!!!
