System-level java.net projects moved under the java-net project

Over the last few years, I've been involved in many of the "system-level" java.net projects, which provide tools and services for any java.net project owner. Gary kindly moved them under the java-net project to show the authenticity.
To recap, those are the projects:
- autoresponder: this allows you to set up autoresponder for your subscriber-limited mailing lists. Normally, when non-subscriber sends an e-mail to such a list, it just gets swallowed by the system and nobody gets any notification, causing the submitter a great confusion. Autoresponder fixes it.
- javanettasks: this project provides programatic access to java.net web interfaces, enabling automation. It also comes with additional CLI tools and Ant tasks.
- role-manager: this project allows you to automatically handle project role requests. For example, you can set it up so that all observer requests are automatically granted.
- jnadmintool: this project builds on top of javanettasks, and provides more CLI features.
