GUJavaSC new website

The last couple weeks we've been working in the new website from the "Grupo de Usuários Java de Santa Catarina" our local Java User Group from the state of Santa Catarina, Brazil. It's in blog format and we want to provide news from the User Group and related to Java, as well as bringing together the local community.
