Two Reviews on OpenSolaris 2008.11

OpenSolaris 2008.11 became available earlier this month, a milestone that I highlighted in a December 10 posting. Here are two reviews that are well worth a read:

• OpenSolaris 2008.11 first impressions by Stewart Smith — Kudos on the installation process, Package Manager, Time Slider ("the most awesome thing ever").

Since September, I've been cowriting OpenSolaris articles on Sun Developer Network and look forward to becoming better acquainted with the OS myself and continuing to spotlight its capabilities, user evaluations, events, and so forth.
