Some percentage of people will adopt C#/CLI. But anyone who does, and presumes .NET integration really needs to re-think that idea. History bears witness to the fact that every time Microsoft has opened something up, it has been nothing more than the specialized dorsal fin of an anglerfish. Please note that Microsoft considers the wire-level protocols of .NET licenseable property under the MCPP. |
