More specifically: 1. Changes to LGPL programs have to be open source. Programs that use LGPL libraries do not have to be open source. 2. Any code that depends on GPL libraries has to be GPL. Period. LGPL code cannot use GPL libraries (as I understand the license). Beyond that, read the parent. :-) William
