Scott discusses
Java technology on the desktop, new developments in Swing, JSRs 295 and 296,
and the NetBeans GUI Builder. He presents code for blurring an image and
discusses inspiration for developing content -- which is much more challenging
than the coding itself. He also shares an amusing repeat experience: when he
wears a tee-shirt with a Java logo, people keep asking him what his favorite
coffee is. I guess it's all part of being a Java developer...
