Learn About the Virtual Federation Capability in OpenSSO

Late last week, Sun Developer Network published Enabling Virtual Federation With OpenSSO, Part 1: Introduction, the first segment of a two-part series on identity-federating applications. Mike Hortobagyi, the technical coauthor, shines a light on the challenges in question and the benefits of the virtual-federation capability in OpenSSO, along with an example. He also describes Secure Attributes Exchange (SAE), a key component that secures the integration, complete with an illustration.
