Hot news for application developers in Europe: Sun will premier Sun Java Studio Enterprise 8 at JavaPolis 2005. That convention, dubbed the European Java climax of the year, will be held between December 12-16 in Antwerp, Belgium and promises to attract an impressive attendance at a low entry fee of only 300 Euro.In the program for Sun Java Studio Enterprise 8 will be a keynote speech by Sun VP Jeff Jackson, hands-on sessions, and a booth manned by technical personnel who'll gladly answer your questions about the IDE. Also on hand will be numerous DVDs of the IDE for distribution, of which three will be lucky winners of a Sun Ultra 20 Workstation, a much-clamored for machine that boasts 64-bit and 32-bit binary compatibility and platform choice. Just install and start the IDE and look for the message, "You're the winner!"
